Hey there!
I’m Erika—the Founder and Owner of Lifeway Counseling and Consulting, LLC. I’m a Licensed Psychotherapist, wife, and mom to two girls (and three dogs), dedicated to helping women navigate life’s challenges with compassion and practical tools for growth.
I earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Florida International University and have experience across various clinical settings. My early training focused on supporting women and teens with trauma, which sparked my passion for walking alongside women through the unique challenges they face.
I specialize in helping women—from adolescence to adulthood—navigate anxiety, perfectionism, eating disorders, body image, attachment issues, trauma, life transitions, grief, and depression. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and bilingual therapist, I offer therapy in English and Spanish, providing virtual sessions for clients in Florida, Michigan, and Virginia.
My approach is holistic, integrative, and client-centered. I take the time to look at the whole picture—your past experiences, present triggers, and future goals—while tailoring therapy to your unique needs. I believe healing happens when you feel truly seen, supported, and empowered to take steps toward change.
As a Christian, I also integrate evidence-based therapeutic approaches with faith-based principles, giving clients practical tools for emotional wellness while nurturing their faith along the way.
If you’re seeking balance, clarity, and healing, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
